Shri Rakesh Pratap Singh, Vice Chairaman, M.P. State Cooperative Union Ltd., Bhopal , was born on 10 th April 1968 at Village Rimari district Rewa. He is educated up to graduate level and is a farmer by profession. He is associated with BJP. He is an active member of BJP since 1985. He was vice president of BJP, Yuva Morcha, Java Mandal from 1994 to 1997 and president of BJP Java Mandal, from 1997 to 2000. He has been president of BJP Cooperative Cell District Rewa since 2000 to 2005 . He has participated in cooperative sector also. He was president of primary agriculture cooperative credit society Ltd., Rimari from 1996 to 2001 and Director of District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Rewa. He is representative to Marketing Federation from Primary Cooperative Marketing Societies Ltd., Chakghat and representative to M.P. State Cooperative Union Ltd., Bhopal from District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd. Rewa. State Government has nominated him as Vice Chairman of MP State Cooperative Union Ltd., Bhopal from 3 rd October 2008.
