ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

M.P. State Cooperative Union Limited Bhopal is a representative Institution of Cooperative Movement in the State. It has total of 164 different types of cooperative societies of the State as its members, details of which are as follows:-

1- Apex Cooperative Organisations of the State - 17
2- District Central Cooperative Banks of the State - 38
3- District Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks - 38
4- District Cooperative Unions - 38
5- Other Cooperative Institutions - 33

All these member institutions amongst themselves incorporate the annual general body (AGM) of the M.P. State Cooperative Union Limited Bhopal which is the supreme authority of the Union under the Act. The M.P. State Cooperative Union has an elected Board of Directors whose term is of five years. The Board of Directors is elected by the representatives of the member cooperative institutions of the Union after every five years. Board of Directors of the Union looks after all the policy matters of the Union and it consists of one Chairman, one Vice Chairman and 18 other Directors.

As for as day to day functioning of the Union is concerned it has certain categories of executive officers and non executive staff, who are mainly as under:-

3. Accounts Officer
4. Principals of Cooperative Training Centres
5. Research Assistant, Dy. Manager, Lecturers, Computer Lecturer, Instructors, Computer Instructors.
